New mobile device increases independence

CentraCare Health Medical Alert Service is excited to introduce a new mobile help button for subscribers. The belleTM mobile device enables people to live independently and call for help anytime, anywhere in the United States where cellular coverage is available.

When help is needed, the belleTM quickly connects the user with our US-based Emergency Response Operator who speaks with the subscriber, and if needed, dispatches local EMS and relays user-provided information to first responders.

“We are excited to offer another option for mobile response,” says Summer Hall, Specialist, Medical Alert Service. “Seniors are enjoying more active lifestyles today; the belleTM provides freedom and confidence to do the things they love and still have peace of mind that help is available at the press of a button.”

Key features include:

  • Simple 1-button access
  • Small, lightweight design
  • Water resistant
  • Enhanced location technology
  • Two-way voice communication
  • Rechargeable battery lasts more than 30 days on a single charge
  • Low battery recharge alert

Providing service to Central Minnesota for over 30 years, CentraCare Health Medical Alert Service also offers in-home systems, fall detection buttons, and medication dispensers. Starting at about $1 per day, Medical Alert Service systems offer peace of mind at an affordable price. When seconds count, an Alert System can make a vital difference.
