Qualifications:
Exceptional Practice Opportunity for a BE/BC radiation oncologist to join two Radiation Oncologists and an established, multi-disciplinary cancer team providing superior patient-centered care in Central Minnesota. Coborn Cancer Center (CCC), a regional referral center, plans to expand to a nearby community hospital in Fall 2008.

CCC offers Elektra Synergy S, IGRT, CBCT, Portal Imaging, 2,100 EX, BAT Ultrasound, Impac Information Management, CT Simulator, HDR-Varian, and Pinacle Treatment Planning. Brachytherapy program includes real-time prostate seed implant program, Mammosite breast program, and HDR. Neurosurgical oncology program, Linac based, and SRS. PET/CT, PACS, and EMR. CCC participates in clinical trials with RTOG, NCCTG, ECOG, SWOG, NSABP and CALGB and is ACS accredited.

This new Community Cancer Center will have a linear accelerator with IMRT capabilities, Pinacle planning, portal imaging, IMPAC information management system and large-bore CT simulator. It is located 30 miles from CCC and 30 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul in prime lake area with four-season recreational activities and excellent education for all ages.
