Mended Hearts

The Mended Hearts program, supported by the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center, offers services to heart patients through visiting programs, support group meetings and education forums. Its mission is to help people understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life with heart disease. Its members use their personal experience related to lifestyle changes, recovery and treatment to help others prepare for challenges they might face. The St. Cloud Mended Hearts chapter has monthly support group meetings at CentraCare Health Plaza in St. Cloud. Not only do these meetings provide support, but they also offer education on different heart-related topics.
