Eagle Valley Clinic is a collaborative effort between Long Prairie Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Clinic - Staples.
The clinic, located at 815 Hwy 71S, Eagle Bend, is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and every first and third Wednesday from 1 to 5 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 218-738-2804.
