Pediatric Services

At CentraCare Clinic -Women & Children’s Pediatric Clinic, we provide family-centered care for our patients and their families from birth to young adulthood.

Our team of pediatricians and nurse practitioners collaborate with parents to assist children and teens in maintaining good nutrition, health and emotional well-being. We also offer coordinated care for children and teens with chronic illness and disabilities through our health care home team. Various pediatric sub-specialists from the Twin Cities also provide service at our clinic.

Health Care Home Certification
CentraCare Clinic - Women & Children’s Pediatricians have received health care home certification from the Minnesota Department of Health.

A "health care home," also called a "medical home," is a partnership between primary care providers, families and patients to work together to improve health outcomes and quality of life for individuals with chronic health conditions and disabilities. The primary care provider coordinates specialty care for patients and oversees a treatment plan.
