CentraCare and QUITPLAN® team to break habit

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – CentraCare Clinic now offers QUITPLAN® services as a new resource for smokers who wish to break their habit. The program offers one-on-one sessions in which CentraCare’s QUITPLAN counselors discuss nicotine replacement products and tips for becoming smoke/tobacco free. Follow-up sessions are included to help ensure success. If the QUITPLAN program is not covered by the participant’s insurance plan, the counseling and an eight-week supply of one method of nicotine replacement products will be paid by QUITPLAN Services.

Locations offering QUITPLAN include CentraCare Clinic - Becker, CentraCare Clinic - Health Plaza (Endocrinology Clinic and Obstetrics & Women’s Clinic), and CentraCare Clinic - River Campus.
