St. Cloud Hospital Home Care named to elite list

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud Hospital Home Care has been named in the top 25 percent for the 2008 HomeCare Elite top agency list by OCS, Inc., a market leader in health care information solutions.

The HomeCare Elite top agency list is a collection of the most successful Medicare-certified home health care providers in the United States. The annual review identifies leaders through an analysis of performance measures in quality outcomes, quality improvement and financial performance. The data used for this analysis was compiled from publicly available information. The HomeCare Elite is the only performance recognition of its kind. St. Cloud Hospital Home Care also was named to the Elite top agency list in 2006, the first year the list was compiled.

St. Cloud Hospital Home Care and Hospice Director, Gail Olson, credits their focus on strengthening communication between members of the patient’s care team with their ability to rank as one of the HomeCare Elite.
