Keynote Speaker
Marya Hornbacher is the author of the Pulitzer-Prize nominated book Wasted: A Memoir of Anorexia and Bulimia, the acclaimed novel The Center of Winter, and the New York Times Bestseller Madness: A Bipolar Life. Her new book Sane: Mental Health, Addiction, and the Twelve Steps will be published in June 2010.

Hornbacher’s work has been translated into sixteen languages. An award-winning journalist and mental health advocate, she lectures nationally on writing, addiction, and mental health.
