Employee Campaign
Thank You to our Generous Employees
Through the generosity of 1,678 employees, the 2009 CentraCare Health System Employee Campaign has raised $2.39 million to help support the 5-year Caring for Generations Capital Campaign.
30/60/90 Employee Giving
The philosophy behind 30/60/90 giving allows us to more equally recognize our employees’ commitment of time to the campaign regardless of the end dollar amount of their gifts at one of three levels:
- LEADER - 90 minutes per pay period
- STEWARD - 60 minutes per pay period
- PATRON - 30 minutes per pay period
- FRIEND - Other gifts increments

Campaign Priority:
The $225 million dollar expansion project includes a nine-floor east wing. Three levels will be below grade and six levels above grade, adding 350,000 square feet of new space. Contractors will finish 4½ floors above grade and shell the remaining 1½.
Your gift will help build what is essentially a new hospital to advance health care in Central Minnesota.
Primary Goals of the St. Cloud Hospital expansion project:
Enhance and increase the number of surgical suites to accommodate advanced technologies which minimize recovery time, improve outcomes, increase surgery efficiency and reduce costs.
Increase the number of private patient rooms, giving patients and their families better privacy, minimizing infections and complications, and vastly improving their overall hospital experience.
Renovate labor and delivery rooms to provide comfortable, homelike accommodations for patients, families and visitors as they welcome new family members into the world.
Transform the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to allow family members to stay with their critically ill newborns 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a comfortable atmosphere.
Expand and relocate the Intensive Care Unit to allow staff to move seriously ill patients efficiently without entering public areas, and to provide patients and their families’ privacy during recovery.
Build St. Cloud Hospital Gorecki Guest House to provide convenient, affordable, temporary housing so family members of patients can be close by and still have a place to recuperate and reenergize.
This facility, along with the dedicated efforts of CentraCare Health System employees, will enhance our ability to provide nationally recognized care.
