The philosophy behind 30/60/90 giving allows us to more equally recognize our employees’ commitment of time to the campaign regardless of the end dollar amount of their gifts at one of three levels:

• LEADER - 90 minutes per pay period
• STEWARD - 60 minutes per pay period
• PATRON - 30 minutes per pay period
• FRIEND - Other gifts increments
