Long Prairie Memorial provides rehabilitation services on both an inpatient and outpatient basis, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.

For patients who require inpatient care, specially equipped rooms designed to meet the needs of rehabilitation patients are available. These private rooms are located in our attached nursing home. Following a stay in the rehab unit, our social services staff will assist you and your family in coordinating your return home.

Cardiac Rehabilitation
Comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programs are offered for patients who have experienced a heart attack or have undergone heart surgery. The programs are customized for each patient and focus on lifestyle changes, diet, exercise, weight management and education.
