Park View Center is a congregate senior housing building with 42 retirement living apartments at market rate prices. Park View is connected to Pine Villa Care Center and it offers easy access to the hospital and clinic.

The availability of daily Mass, a nutritious noon meal and social opportunities for tenants make Park View an attractive housing option for seniors in the Melrose area. We are located on the north end of the Melrose health care campus, adjacent to Jaycee Park and the Lake Woebegon Trail.

We provide convenient transportation services with our 15-passenger, handicapped-accessible van, which transports residents to various community destinations for shopping, dining or other events.
