CentraCare Health System - Sauk Centre is a newly formed health care organization that includes CentraCare Clinic - Sauk Centre and the former St. Michael's Hospital and Nursing Home.

Our 25-bed hospital has a fully equipped, 24-hour emergency room, 24-hour laboratory, CT scanning, ultrasound, x-ray, operating room for inpatient and same-day surgery, birthing suite, cardiac rehab program, newborn hearing and a full implement of advanced diagnostic and treatment equipment. We also offer a physical therapy department, occupational therapy, and home care and hospice. Best of all, you have comfort and convenience of care amidst familiar faces and surroundings.
