CentraCare Health System - Sauk Centre Nursing Home is focused on the individual. We appreciate the personalities of each resident. We foster a comfortable, home-like environment with daily planned activities that encourage mutual respect and dignity. Our Nursing Home is part of the CentraCare Health System - Sauk Centre complex. Our 60-bed licensed nursing home is attached to our acute care hospital, Sauk Centre Clinic and Lakeshore Estates. An interdisciplinary team specially trained in geriatrics and/or rehabilitation provides care for those individuals who need attention and services 24 hours a day. Resident’s lives are enhanced by an integrated schedule of nursing care, therapeutic recreation, spiritual growth options and social interaction. Individualized rehabilitation programs are also provided. Regular physician visits, scheduled psychology visits and pharmaceutical deliveries contribute to superior health care.

Lakeshore Estates Senior Housing
Lakeshore Estates is a 30-unit independent living facility located on the CentraCare Health System - Sauk Centre campus.

Each unit, whether one or two bedrooms, offers an apartment type setting. Included with the monthly rent you will receive a light breakfast and a full noon meal. Also weekly light housekeeping is included. There are many common areas available for use by the tenants, including a large dining room, chapel area, beauty shop and several lounge areas.
