A St. Cloud Hospital demonstrates compassion and clinical excellence for his or her patients and families using patient-and-family-centered principles. Each year St. Cloud Hospital recognizes nurses who are a shining example of the core values of SCH through their daily work.

All Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) working in designated care centers or employed by St. Cloud Hospital are eligible for the award. Award winners will be chosen each month and will be honored in May during Nurses Week.

To nominate a nurse, download a form, fill it out and return the nomination form no later than
March 1 of each year to the attention of:
