Patient satisfaction is an important gauge of quality in measuring the perception of patients regarding the care and services they receive. St. Cloud Hospital is dedicated to providing excellence in patient services, which result in high levels of patient and family satisfaction. We are committed to partnering with our patients and families so their individual needs are identified and met.
We continually assess our performance through satisfaction surveys, and we use the information from our surveys to help us enhance patient care. We also compare our performance to national survey data.
