St. Cloud Hospital offers inpatient services for adolescent patients 12 to 18 years of age who require mental health or chemical dependency treatment. After a thorough assessment of the patient, an individual treatment plan is developed. Daily group and individual activities help our patients develop goals and identify the skills needed to reach the goals.

A central component of our treatment philosophy is the involvement of family. The family is engaged from the assessment phase, through the treatment phase and discharge planning.

Our treatment team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, social workers, chemical dependency counselors, program facilitators, mental health associates, art therapist, special education teacher, recreation therapist and activities therapist.

Our team provides:

• psychiatric evaluation and case management
• comprehensive emotional, intellectual, social and functional assessment
• coordination of care and collaboration with school personnel and other agencies
• support, education and collaboration with families.
