Confidential Recovery Services for Professionals

Fulfilling a Need
Traditionally, there have been relatively few treatment options concentrating exclusively on discreet, confidential care for high-profile individuals such as community leaders, business executives, medical professionals, clergy and government representatives. The Professional’s Recovery Program addresses this very specific need. Individuals are offered specialized programming in a private setting. Such attention to individual need allows clients to continue their personal and professional activities without interruption.

Program Description
The Professional’s Recovery Program (PRP) is founded on the widely respected Twelve Step Program. The PRP offers individualized care for clients and concerned persons, focusing on discreet, small-group sessions and a comprehensive, long-term aftercare component. Sessions last for three hours, twice weekly for a duration of nine weeks. The PRP meets specific requirements of state licensing boards and regulating agencies.

Program Structure
The primary component of the Professional’s Recovery Program is small group therapy. This proven method of treatment combines the strengths of the Twelve Step model and PRP’s own unique focus on confidentiality, privacy and attention to individual socio-professional concerns. Individual therapy and family sessions also are available, and aftercare programming is provided for up to two years.

Program Goals
The fundamental goal of the Professional’s Recovery Program is to provide clients with the life management skills necessary to improve physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual well-being. This well-being is evident in a return to a quality of life experienced before addiction.

Assessment and Intake
Clients admitted to the Professional’s Recovery Program are at least 18 years old and have a demonstrated need for the unique treatment programming. Applicants to the program complete an intake process, including an interview, addictive disease evaluation and an evaluation of psychological and psychiatric status. Clients not specifically admitted to the PRP are referred to an appropriate program.

Staff
The Professional’s Recovery Program is staffed with social workers, chemical dependency counselors, licensed psychologists and psychiatrists experienced in chemical dependency treatment.

Licensure
The inpatient and outpatient programs of Recovery Plus, including the Professional’s Recovery Program, are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Cost
Services of the Professional’s Recovery Program are covered under many insurance plans. Self-pay clients also are accepted. Additional charges for family sessions and individual psychotherapy apply.

All inquiries remain confidential.
