| Lymphedema
Clinic Our Lymphedema Clinic is available through
the St. Cloud Hospital Breast Center and Rehabilitation Center. Lymphedema, which may range from mild to severe
arm swelling, can occur after lymph
node dissection and radiation
therapy for breast
cancer. It can develop any time after surgery, even years
later, and can be triggered by sunburn, heavy lifting, limb
constriction or infection of the affected arm. Early detection
and treatment is important to minimize chronic problems.
