We know that the weeks and months after the death of a loved one can be very painful and lonely for those left behind. You may be struggling to learn different ways to live your life without your loved one's presence. This is not an easy journey. The adjustments you are trying to make can sometimes feel confusing, frustrating, and very difficult.

Keep in mind that the articles may or may not fit your feelings at this time, but take what you can from them.
