St. Cloud Hospital Home Care is licensed by the state of Minnesota, certified by Medicare and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. These regulatory agencies provide assurance that you will receive the highest quality care available.

Insurance Coverage
Most insurers cover skilled home care services. Home care charges will be billed to you and submitted to your insurance company (Medicare, Medicaid and/or private insurance). No one will be denied services because of an inability to pay.

St. Cloud Hospital Home Care will monitor and assess the patient’s status, reinforce and educate on medical cares, encourage independence and support the caregiver so the patient can reach his/her full potential.

A team of skilled professionals works together with the patient’s physician to provide a total continuum of care.

Our home care team includes: registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, medical social workers and home health aides.
