Pediatrics Unit

Our inpatient pediatrics unit provides pediatric specialty care to newborns, children and young adults in Central Minnesota.

Since unfamiliar environments can be overwhelming for a child, we do all we can to put your child at ease. A northwoods theme adds some fun into your child's stay. The 18 private, child-friendly rooms contain an overnight bed for family members, storage for personal belongings, TV/VCR, phone and laptop computer desk/hookups. Club Hollow, a dining on call service, lets kids order what they want, when they want. An exam room for more intensive procedures preserves your child's room as a safe haven.

As a parent, you have the opportunity to make decisions and set priorities. We will partner with you and give you the information you need about your child's illness, our services and community resources. Case managers will assist families with more complex care needs.

For the safety of our young patients, the Children's Center is a locked unit.
