St. Cloud Hospital’s new Family Birthing Center was designed for the comfort and safety of you and your baby. It features:

  • Spacious suites with magnificent views
  • Large private bathrooms with air-jetted tubs
  • Proximity to specialists providing the highest level of neonatal intensive care (NICU) and other experts in high-risk pregnancies and premature births

Our Family Birthing Center cares for women in Central Minnesota with both high- and low-risk pregnancies. Each year we bring nearly 3,000 little miracles into the world. A lullaby chimes throughout St. Cloud Hospital each time a baby is born to remind all about the wonder of life.

Family Birthing Center services are set apart by:

  • In-house obstetrician coverage
  • Case management

We want your baby to have the best possible start. Our obstetricians support and manage all types of births. They work closely with our Perinatology Clinic and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The Family Birthing Center is located next to our NICU. New moms like to be close to their babies if specialized care is needed.
