| Case Management
The case management team is essential to the care we provide
to women and their families.
Our case manager and care coordinators are registered nurses
who have special training in prenatal, labor,
delivery and postpartum care. They work with you and your
health care provider to provide a complete continuum of care
prior to and beyond your hospital stay.
For women who have complex care needs that require multidisciplinary
care, the case manager will be consulted and involved in providing
and coordinating care.
