St. Cloud Hospital’s Family Birthing Center provides high-quality, family-centered care while meeting the needs of women, their babies and their families.

We offer private birthing rooms and postpartum rooms designed for your comfort, safety and privacy. We can accommodate vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, mothers requiring specialized care and babies born prematurely or with special needs. The Family Birthing Center has nearly 3,000 births every year.

Once you arrive at the Family Birthing Center, a nurse will greet you and check you into the triage area, unless you are in very active labor or are scheduled for induction—then you will be taken directly to your birthing room.
