We want you to be as prepared as possible for your hospital stay. Take the following steps to help us provide you with personal care and comfort.

First, at 28 weeks of your pregnancy, please:

• Complete the Preregistration and Birth Certificate Information form and mail it to:
  ATTN: Admitting, St. Cloud Hospital, 1406 6th Avenue North, St. Cloud, MN 56303-9989.

• Check with your insurance company about your preadmission requirements, length of stay and other concerns.
• Register for our childbirth education classes. Visit our online listing of Childbirth Education classes.
• Sign up for our free "My Baby Expectations" E-newsletter

Second, at 30 weeks of your pregnancy, we invite you to:

• Complete the Preferences for Your Birth Experience form and bring it with you at the time of delivery.

• Schedule a tour of the new Family Birthing Center by calling (320) 229-5139.
• Finally, review your Partners in Care binder. The binder covers labor, birth, your hospital stay and the first weeks following your baby’s birth. The more information you have, the more able you will be to make the best choices for you and your baby.
