St. Cloud Hospital Rehabilitation Center offers services for patients with memory care concerns.

• Outpatient occupational therapy and speech therapy for individuals who are experiencing cognitive and memory changes may improve their ability to perform everyday activities.
• Based on cognitive levels, therapists make recommendations to help modify activities, maximize safety in the home and/or provide recommendations for alternative living situations which provide more assistance/supervision.
• Driver Evaluation Program uses a simulator to evaluate an individual’s performance for safe return to driving after an illness, accident, or significant medical event.
