Hi my name is Logan Gray, and I am thirteen years old, and currently a seventh grader at South Jr. High. I was born a full term baby, but had some complications that resulted in me being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. I started seeing Dr. Greg Schlosser and the pediatric rehabilitation team in the late 90’s when they were located at St. Cloud Hospital.

I have always loved sports. During the fall season, you can find me at most home Tech High School Football games, sitting in the first row right behind the player, and cheering loud. Winter brings hockey into my life; you can usually find me cheering for St. Cloud State Huskies, or the University of North Dakota (ok, my sister attends college there). Then spring and summer comes, which brings my favorite sport GOLF. Golf is something that I can do in our backyard, hitting a bucket of balls on the driving range, putting green, or trying to golf 9 holes. I know I will never be able to win the Masters, but this in one sport that I am able to be a typical kid, instead of being a kid with a disability.

Calvin always has a big smile on his face and looks forward to his therapy sessions at CentraCare. The staff is excited to see him and truly care about the progress he is making. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for Calvin’s benefit. With the help of everyone at CentraCare, Calvin’s future is going to be so much brighter and he’ll be able to perform at his best in the activities that he chooses.
