CD Evaluations/Rule 25 Assessments

Any referral to chemical dependency treatment requires an initial formal assessment. Evaluations involve the youth, parents, other collateral contacts, testing and a urine drug screen. The process takes approximately 2 hours. Recommendations will reflect the level of care required for treatment and investigate insurance benefits.
