Traveling north on Highway 15: Proceed to County Road 120/20th Street N. Turn left. Drive .3 mile. Turn left into CentraCare Health Plaza.

Traveling south on Highway 15: Proceed to County Road 120/20th Street N. (second stop light after Mississippi River). Turn right. Drive .3 mile Turn left into CentraCare Health Plaza.

From Interstate 94
Traveling east or west on I-94: Exit I-94 at Highway 15. Proceed north on Highway 15 to County Road 120/20th Street N. Turn left. Drive .3 mile. Turn left into CentraCare Health Plaza.

From U.S. Highway 10
Traveling east on Highway 10: Take the Highway 15 exit to St. Cloud. Proceed to County Road 120/20th Street N. (second stop light after Mississippi River). Turn right. Drive .3 mile. Turn left into CentraCare Health Plaza.

Traveling west on Highway 10: Take the Highway 23 exit to St. Cloud. Continue through St. Cloud on Highway 23. Turn right onto Highway 15. Proceed north to County Road 120/20th Street N. Turn left . Drive .3 mile. Turn left into CentraCare Health Plaza.
