Automated Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminder calls to our patients now are automated, rather than live. If you have multiple appointments scheduled for the same day, your reminder call will be only for the first appointment. For a complete list of your appointments, please refer to MyChart.

Please listen to the entire reminder call, as you will be asked to press a number or numbers on your phone’s keypad to confirm or cancel your appointment. (If you are listening to this reminder on your voice mail, no action is required unless you need to call the clinic to cancel or reschedule your appointment.)

If you prefer to receive future reminders by text message rather than automated voice message, please ask the clinic receptionist to make sure your cell phone is listed on your medical record, then text CCH to 622622. If your cell phone is not set up for texting to short numbers, ask your cell phone service provider to enable 622622, then text CCH to that number.
