Security Charter CentraCare Health System is dedicated to providing a safe and
secure environment for its patients, staff and visitors. We recognize
the need to maintain the dignity and rights of individuals and to
properly protect their information. CentraCare Health System
maintains appropriate security measures in order to comply with
federal and state information security regulations.
CentraCare Health System buildings, systems, and records are
recognized as critical and are designed, implemented, and
maintained to provide an appropriate level of security.
This charter applies to activities of the CentraCare Health System.
Security policies and procedures apply to all employees, volunteers,
medical staff, students, and business associates.
The charter applies to all entities of the CentraCare Health System,
including but not limited to:
- CentraCare Clinic
- Long Prairie Memorial Hospital and Home
- Melrose Area Hospital & Pine Villa Nursing Home
- St. Benedict’s Senior Community
