CentraCare Kidney Program, operated by St. Cloud Hospital, provides a full range of dialysis services at locations across Central Minnesota.

A multidisciplinary team of professionals works together to coordinate the care of dialysis patients. The team is made up of:

• Nephrologists, board-certified physicians, who specialize in the treatment of kidney disease. Our nephrologists are affiliated with CentraCare Clinic - River Campus, St. Cloud. 
• Nursing staff, consisting of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and patient care technicians who have been specially trained and certified in dialysis-related skills.
• Renal dietitians, licensed social workers, educators, pharmacists and spiritual care providers are also part of the dialysis patient care team.
