For those ages 62 and older who want to live independently but also need some level of assistance, these apartments are the perfect choice. They are attractive and well-designed, offering privacy, convenience and comfort.

Our goal is to help tenants maintain their health and live with an appropriate degree of independence. Whether assistance is needed with bathing, laundry, dressing, medications or other services, we have staff available to provide you with the level of support you desire.

The Court offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 452 to 848 square feet (see floor plans below). The Court Apartment Home features include:

• individually controlled heat and air conditioning

• three daily meals 
• free use of laundry facilities
• walk-in showers with grab bars
• housekeeping services
• transportation for scheduled activities
• social programming.

A commons area, the Town Centre, is shared by tenants of the Court and the adjacent apartment building, the Village. Additional services and amenities available to tenants in the Town Centre include:

• a beautifully decorated area for relaxation or socializing, complete with a skylight, grand piano, grandfather clock and fireplace
• a media center with computers and free Internet access
• hair salon
• café
• general store
• wellness center
• billiards room.

Also available on our attractive, professionally landscaped grounds are garden plots, a patio and a walking path.
