Turkey and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 4 large low carbohydrate tortillas
  • 12 oz. low sodium, deli style turkey breast
  • 4 tsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together avocado and Greek yogurt.
  2. Spread avocado mixture evenly onto 4 tortillas.
  3. Top each tortilla with 3 oz. turkey, 1 tsp. sunflower seeds, 2 slices tomato, and ¼ cup lettuce.

Yield: 4 servings
