Smoke Free Communities
Smoke Free Communities is a coalition of individuals and organizations committed to reducing the impact of tobacco in Central Minnesota. Through education and advocacy, Smoke Free Communities supports:
- Policies that reduce exposure to secondhand smoke.
- Individuals who would like to quit smoking.
- Prevention programs that protect people from tobacco use.
Coordinated by the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center at St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Health Foundation, the coalition is a partnership of organizations, medical professionals, concerned community members, students and workers living and working in a six-county area across Central Minnesota.
