This prestigious credential, which has only been awarded to 10% of U.S. hospitals, represents the highest national honor for excellence in professional nursing practice and quality patient care.

"I am inspired and grateful for the dedication our nurses have to each other, our patients, and the communities we serve," said Melissa Fradette, RN, Chief Nursing Officer at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital. "We will continue to innovatively impact patient outcomes and the nursing profession as we embark on the journey for our sixth Magnet Designation."

Achieving the fifth Magnet Redesignation places CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital among a distinguished group of just 71 organizations worldwide. Of the 613 Magnet-designated organizations, only 17 hospitals have reached their sixth designation, and three hold a remarkable seventh designation. This achievement underscores CentraCare's unwavering commitment to nursing excellence, innovative practices, and improved patient outcomes.

Magnet designation reflects an organization's continuous dedication to the highest standards of nursing care and is recognized worldwide as a leading credential for excellence in healthcare. CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital's continued designation is a testament to its nurses' commitment to providing outstanding patient care and advancing the nursing profession.
