CentraCare Welcomes Cassie Dike as Chief Nursing Executive

CentraCare is proud to announce Cassie Dike, DNP, RN, as the new Chief Nursing Executive (CNE). Cassie officially joined the organization this month and will serve as a key member of CentraCare's executive leadership team, reporting directly to Joy Plamann, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for CentraCare.

In her role as CNE, Cassie will lead efforts to align and integrate nursing practice across the entire care continuum. She will oversee nursing operations for the nine regional hospitals and more than 30 clinics within the CentraCare health system, including the prestigious Magnet designation at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital. Cassie's leadership will be instrumental in advancing CentraCare's culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.

Cassie brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of transformational leadership. Prior to joining CentraCare, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Children's Health in Dallas, a 490-bed, Magnet-designated hospital.

Cassie holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and is a licensed registered nurse. Her systemwide vision and commitment to nursing excellence will play a vital role in shaping the future of care at CentraCare.
