CentraCare Expands Services at CentraCare Plaza; New Locations Open June 29

On Monday, June 29, 2026, patients will be welcomed into newly updated spaces within CentraCare Plaza, where several services have been brought together to improve access, enhance the patient experience and make care more convenient for patients and families.

Services now located within the CentraCare Plaza expansion include:

• CentraCare Neurosciences (Pain Medicine, Headache, Neurology)
  • Park and enter at River West
• CentraCare M Physicians Orthopedics & Orthopedics Urgent Care
  • Park and enter at River West
• CentraCare Rehabilitation (Adult Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy)
  • Park at River West and use Rehabilitation Entrance
• CentraCare - Plaza Midsota MedSpa
  • Park and enter at River West

Patients will receive appointment reminders and updated location details ahead of their visit, including information on the appropriate entrance, to help ensure a smooth arrival experience.

These moves allow CentraCare to bring related services together while providing care in a modern, patient-centered environment.
