CentraCare M Physicians Orthopedics is excited to announce expanded access to same-day orthopedic care, including extended hours, a new location and additional on-site services to better meet patient needs across the region.

The Orthopedic Urgent Care at CentraCare Plaza in St. Cloud now offers expanded weekday evening and Saturday hours, making it easier for patients to receive care when injuries happen outside of traditional clinic times. The new location, using the River West entrance, also features convenient, in-clinic imaging for faster diagnosis, along with additional casting room space to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.

In addition, Orthopedic Walk-In Care at the CentraCare - Monticello Specialty Clinic has expanded availability to serve even more patients.

Locations and Hours

These expanded offerings ensure patients can receive expert evaluation and treatment for sudden orthopedic injuries without an appointment. This can help with faster recovery and avoid unnecessary emergency department visits.

Alongside the established St. Cloud service, continued growth in Monticello expands access to high-quality orthopedic care across the region, offering convenient weekday walk-in access for patients closer to home.

When to Use Orthopedic Urgent Care or Walk-In Services

These services are ideal for injuries and conditions that require prompt evaluation but are not life-threatening, including:

  • Broken bones
  • Sprains and strains
  • Sports injuries
  • Ligament or tendon injuries
  • Joint injuries accompanied by a "pop"
  • Injuries causing instability or difficulty bearing weight
  • Pediatric orthopedic injuries (ages 3 months and older; 1 year and older in Monticello)
  • Sports-related concussions (ages 12 and older)

Patients can expect to see an orthopedic clinician, receive any necessary imaging or tests, and leave with a diagnosis and treatment plan, all at the cost of a standard orthopedic clinic visit.

As CentraCare continues to grow and adapt to meet the needs of its communities, these expanded services reflect a commitment to making specialized orthopedic care more accessible, convenient and responsive when it matters most.
