Marco’s matching gift to benefit Cancer Survivorship Center

Published in Media Releases Author: CentraCare

Raising $3.2 million to build a Cancer Survivorship Center to meet the needs of more than 7,000 cancer survivors is a goal for CentraCare Health, and thanks to the generosity of Marco, it’s one big step closer.

Marco has generously agreed to match donations up to $100,000 received by CentraCare Health Foundation before Dec. 31, 2016. CEO Jeff Gau encourages the community to “please join Marco in supporting the Cancer Survivorship Center and CentraCare Health Foundation this year.”

Construction of the Cancer Survivorship Center will be 100 percent donor funded. The Coborn Family Foundation generously donated a $1-million lead gift last year to aid in establishing a cancer survivorship center next to the Coborn Cancer Center in St. Cloud. CentraCare Health employees also contributed more than $400,000 during the 2016 employee campaign.

Every gift of every size makes a difference. Donations can be made online at centracare.com/foundation. For other giving options, call 320-240-2810.
