CentraCare Health – Monticello welcomes Co-Administrators Bryan Bauck and John Hering, MD

CentraCare Health – Monticello is pleased to welcome Co-Administrators Bryan Bauck and John Hering, MD.  Bauck will serve as Chief Administrative Officer and Dr. Hering will serve as Chief Medical Officer, and together they will jointly lead CentraCare Health – Monticello.

“I look forward to partnering with our new leadership to ensure that the amazing community asset we have in CentraCare Health – Monticello continues to grow,” said Theresa Wagner, Operating Committee Chair at CentraCare Health – Monticello. “Their experience, new ideas and strong knowledge of health care will be a great asset to our region.”

Bryan Bauck joined CentraCare Health in 2009 and has held leadership positions including Care Center Director for Women’s and Children’s Services; Director of  Sleep Center, Neurodiagnostics, Diabetes, Endocrinology, and CentraCare Wound Center Liaison; and most recently as Section Director of Family Birthing Services at the St. Cloud Hospital and CentraCare Clinic. Bauck has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from St. John’s University and a master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota. Bauck will join CentraCare Health – Monticello as Co-Administrator/Chief Administrative Officer on November 18.

Dr. John Hering joined the Monticello medical campus in 2001 as a family medicine physician with Stellis Health (formerly Monticello Clinic). Dr. Hering’s leadership experience includes serving in a number of Medical Director roles, as Vice President of Finance for North Collaborative Care Network, and President of the Buffalo Clinic. He is currently caring for patients part-time at Stellis Health and serving part-time as Chief Medical Officer at CentraCare Health – Monticello. Dr. Hering received a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and his medical degree at the University of Minnesota. He completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Minnesota Department of Family Practice/North Memorial Hospital and is currently enrolled in the Health Care Master of Business Administration program at the University of St. Thomas.  Dr. Hering will begin his role as CentraCare Health – Monticello’s Co-Administrator/Chief Medical Officer on December 1.
