Congratulations to Rose Molitor for being recognized with the Volunteer of the Year 2026 Award by the Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care.
This distinction honors the dedication and hard work of volunteers who go above and beyond in providing compassionate care and support to those facing serious illness or nearing the end of life.
Rose has been volunteering her time and talent with CentraCare Hospice for the past seven years, both as a visiting volunteer and volunteer for the bereavement program.
She decided to begin volunteering after retiring from her career as a clinical psychologist.
I love working with hospice patients. It's truly a calling for me.

"Rose is unequivocally deserving of this award," said Roxanne Farber, PTA, Hospice Volunteer Specialist. "Her dedication to serving CentraCare Hospice patients comes from her heart, and it is evident in all she does...one just can't help but be drawn to her and her ability to connect in deep and meaningful ways."
