Earlier this fall, we worked with an HR consulting firm to evaluate CentraCare’s total rewards — which includes things like benefits, compensation, recognition and more.

As a result of your feedback, the HR team is working to build a multi-year roadmap to enhance Total Rewards at CentraCare. While that work is still taking place, we did hear that vision insurance was a big desire for many employees. That is why we want to point out the vision benefits available to you.
