CentraCare care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to help us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.

CentraCare Health – Monticello expands local cardiology care through partnership with North Memorial Health Care and CentraCare Health

Monticello, MN – CentraCare Health – Monticello is enhancing and expanding local cardiology care by partnering with North Memorial Heart and Vascular Institute and CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center.  This new partnership will bring together two experienced cardiology groups to care for patients close to home on the campus of CentraCare Health – Monticello beginning in January. North Memorial will partner with CentraCare to deliver comprehensive cardiology services that benefit patients by providing convenient local access to physician consults, follow-up care, diagnostic testing, pacemaker clinics and inpatient cardiology care.

“We are excited to expand top-quality cardiology care in our community,” said Mary Ellen Wells, Administrator at CentraCare Health – Monticello.  “CentraCare and North Memorial currently partner on our campus to deliver renowned oncology care at the Monticello Cancer Center, and we are looking forward to joining forces once again to strengthen heart care in our community and provide patients with access to experienced cardiology specialists.”
