Dear Friends and Neighbors,

CentraCare care givers have been working around the clock for more than 20 months to care for you, your families and friends during COVID. We are committed to caring for every Minnesotan who needs us, and nothing will prevent us from doing so – even during these never-seen-before times.

The challenge of providing this level of care is that our hospital beds are often full. ERs in all of our hospitals are packed. And our clinical teams are exhausted. Early in the pandemic, our community stepped up in amazing ways to help us. We ask that you again join us in fighting this pandemic together.

How can you help?

  • Please get your COVID vaccines and booster shots. They are proven safe and effective in reducing COVID illness, keeping people out of the hospital, and preventing death.

Online treatment option now available for common health conditions

St. Cloud, Minn. - Health care at the click of a mouse. It’s now that easy.

CentraCare eClinic is a convenient and cost-effective way for Minnesota residents ages 2 to 65 to receive treatment for common health conditions from a board-certified CentraCare Health provider. With an Internet connection and less than 10 minutes, you can complete an online interview process that collects information related to the condition and receive a treatment plan within 60 minutes or less if you submit your information between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.

For just $25 plus the cost of any prescription, CentraCare eClinic is available for these common conditions:

  • acne 
  • allergy and asthma medication refills
  • athlete’s foot
  • birth control medication refills (current, oral)
  • cold/canker sores or fever blisters
  • cold, sinus infection or sore throat
  • constipation and/or diarrhea (irritable bowel syndrome)
  • deer tick bites/Lyme disease prevention
  • diaper rash (pediatric)
  • eczema or dermatitis
  • female bladder infection
  • hay fever/allergies
  • heartburn or reflux
  • influenza prevention
  • malaria prevention
  • motion sickness prevention
  • pink eye
  • ringworm
  • tobacco cessation
  • fungal skin infection
  • vaginal yeast infections

The $25 fee only is charged if the condition can be treated safely online. This is determined following completion of the online interview. If the condition is not appropriate for online care, participants will be referred to their primary care provider for follow up as needed.
