Paid Time Off (PTO)

Accrual rates vary; you’ll begin earning vacation immediately upon employment. Some employees earn as many as 23 days of PTO in their first year.

Plans range from $41 to $260 per pay period for full-time employees, depending on plan and coverage choices.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Pre-tax money that can be used for medical or dependent care expenses.

Dental Insurance

Plans start as low as $7.25 per pay period; all plans cost less than $22 per pay period.

Defined Contribution Retirement Plan

CentraCare contributes after the first year of employment in which you work 1,000 hours.

401(k) Retirement Plan With Matching

Match begins after one year and 1,000 hours of work.

Basic Life Insurance (free)

All employees receive a life insurance policy that is provided at no cost to the employee. Through this plan, your beneficiary is eligible for an insurance benefit equal to your base salary, rounded up to the next $1,000 (minimum $10,000 and maximum $200,000).
