CentraCare is a comprehensive health care system serving the needs of more than 700,000 people in Central Minnesota.

St. Cloud Hospital is a Catholic, not-for-profit regional hospital with 489 licensed beds. As the largest health care facility in the region, St. Cloud Hospital offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services.

CentraCare – Long Prairie is a not-for-profit, 25-bed critical access hospital, clinic, 70-bed long-term care facility and senior apartment building/assisted living facility.

CentraCare – Melrose is a not-for-profit, 25-bed critical access hospital, clinic, 75-bed long-term care facility and 61-unit senior apartment building/assisted living facility.

CentraCare – Monticello is a not-for-profit, 25-bed critical access hospital, clinic, cancer center and 89-bed long-term care facility.

CentraCare – Paynesville is a not-for-profit level-4 trauma/critical access hospital with five family medicine clinics, plus long-term care, assisted living and senior housing facilities.

CentraCare – Sauk Centre is a not-for-profit, 25-bed critical access hospital, clinic and 60-bed long-term care facility with an adjacent 30-unit independent living facility.

CentraCare Clinic consists of 360 physicians and 173 advanced practice providers who practice in 35 medical specialties and offer a variety of outreach services in 40 communities.

St. Benedict’s Senior Community is a recognized leader in health care and housing for older adults in Central Minnesota.

CentraCare Foundation engages the philanthropic community to improve health and health care. CentraCare Health Foundation accepts charitable contributions for all CentraCare Health entities.

Carris Health was formed in January 2018 to deliver health care to West Central and Southwest Minnesota. Carris Health is a partnership between CentraCare, Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar and ACMC Health.
