CentraCare Recruitment Process

Our goal is to reduce the time it takes to hire a physician or APP while ensuring that we bring qualified providers into the process. Here is an overview of how the process works:

Step 1: Application

You may submit application directly where you saw the position posted, apply on the CentraCare website, or email one of our recruiters.

Step 2: Introductory Phone Call With the Recruiter

During this call, the recruiter will share more information about the position and CentraCare. You’ll also discuss your practice desires and career goals to make sure the opportunity is a good fit.

Step 3: Phone Call With Department Representative

This is an opportunity to establish a connection with a potential colleague and ask clinical questions about the practice.

Step 4: Interview

During the interview, you’ll speak with a variety of people including administrative and clinical leaders from the department, CentraCare senior leaders, and a representative from our Clinical Partner Resources Department who will review our contract with you including benefits and compensation information.

Step 5: On-Site Visit

If there is strong mutual interest and your interview did not include one, you’ll be invited for an on-site visit of our facilities and community.

Step 6: Offer

If an offer is extended, you’ll first be told the news by phone and then you’ll receive the offer documents via email and DocuSign for signature.
