The Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class is designed to provide parents with an understanding of the Spinning Babies® approach, which focuses on balance, gravity, and movement within the body and with baby. In this class, you will explore topics such as the role of your body in pregnancy and birth, daily activities to enhance comfort during pregnancy, and various positions to utilize during labor.
Join us on this incredible journey towards a more comfortable pregnancy and an extraordinary birthing experience. Discover the wonders of Spinning Babies® and unlock the secrets of your baby’s position. Get ready to embrace comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth as we explore how and why your body is made to birth babies. This class can be taken in addition to our 4-week childbirth series that includes the newborn class and our breastfeeding class.
We recommend you take this class between 20-34 weeks of pregnancy. Please register early to ensure you get into the classes of your choice.
What to bring to class: Bring your support person, 2 pillows to help with body positioning, and dress comfortably as we will be engaging in physical activities.
Class is held at CentraCare Plaza in the Hughes Mathews Room. Enter at the Woodlands Entrance and follow the posted signs to the Hughes Mathews Room.
