My Heart Support Group

Registration Details

The My Heart Support Group meets at 3 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month at CentraCare South Point, 3001 Clearwater Rd, St. Cloud, and CentraCare - Melrose, 525 W Main St. You may also join the meeting online. Video conferencing will allow Melrose and online participants to watch the speaker presentation in St. Cloud through Microsoft Teams.

Family/friends of patients are welcome to attend as well. 

If attending in person in either St. Cloud or Melrose, please RSVP by the day before the scheduled meeting to allow for enough supplies and snacks. Indicate the number of guests and the location you would like to attend.

If there are fewer than 10 people who wish to attend any Heart Failure Support Group, we may cancel the event due to low attendance. If this occurs, we will notify you.
